Membership conditions
The conditions that govern membership of Diving Club Cavallo and participation in its activities.
Membership of Diving Club Cavallo is associative in nature.
Completing the form constitutes solely a membership application and does not entail automatic acquisition of member status.
The membership fee does not constitute the purchase of a package of dives or of services. Participation in individual activities may require specific contributions determined by the Association.
The membership application is sent to the secretariat by means of the dedicated form.
Admission is subject to the assessment and approval of the competent body in accordance with the Association's rules.
The outcome of the application and any indications required to finalise membership are communicated separately by the Association.
All activities are reserved for members. Participation in activities is subject to the availability of places, the level of certification, the members' experience, weather and sea conditions, and decisions taken on organisational or safety grounds.
The programme of activities may be modified or cancelled for reasons of safety or organisation.
If admitted, the member must comply with the statutes, the internal rules, the organisational rules laid down by the Association, and the instructions given by the persons responsible for the activities and the Directeur de Plongée.
